Strategic Principal
Dilogic is the Strategic Principal for ambitious enterprises across MENA, the UK, and Europe. A senior partner takes ownership of your growth strategy and stays in the room until the outcome lands.
The category problem
Strategy decks land on a desk and stop moving. Agencies execute against fragments. Internal teams own pieces but never the bigger picture. The result is a strategy-execution gap measured in quarters and millions.
Consultancies are paid for diagnosis. Agencies are paid for execution. Neither is paid for the seam — the work between the deck landing and the outcome arriving. Most of what fails in MENA enterprise transformation fails in that seam.
Dilogic was built for the seam. We hold the operating thesis, direct the people who deliver against it, and stay until the outcome lands.
Three commitments
01
We do not deliver a strategy and leave. We hold the operating thesis across the engagement. The map you have at the end is the map we wrote together — updated by the work, not by a refresh deck.
02
Agencies, vendors, internal teams, contractors. Whoever is in the room executing, we direct against the strategy. That includes naming the work, sequencing it, holding it accountable, and replacing what is not working. Direction is not a workshop. It is daily.
03
Engagements are scoped to outcomes, not deliverables. We stay in the room until the outcome lands. If it does not, we say why. Reporting is what happened against what we said would happen — not what is convenient to present.
Services
We do not staff capability silos against a brief. A senior partner sets the operating thesis for your engagement; the practice areas below are how we direct execution against it.
01
Corporate, growth, and business-unit strategy. The thinking everything else flows from.

FAQ
A Strategic Principal is a senior strategic partner that owns a company's growth strategy across market, brand, customer, channel, tech, and operations — and directs best-in-class specialists from outside to execute it. Unlike a consultancy, a Strategic Principal stays in the room until the strategy ships. Unlike an agency, a Strategic Principal does not bill for execution hours.
Dubai is our anchor. Riyadh is our active second office. Cairo opens with the second wave of partner hires. We work across MENA, the UK, and Europe — with cross-border MENA-Europe engagements as a core specialty.
We work with growth-mode enterprises. The minimum profile is a company that has product-market fit, real revenue, and is making material growth decisions where strategic clarity changes the trajectory. We do not run early-stage advisory engagements.
Outcome-priced. We do not bill execution hours and we do not run retainers structured to maximize utilization. The fee is set against the outcome the engagement is accountable to. Specifics are agreed in the engagement letter, not at intake.
Every engagement begins with a partner-led conversation. No discovery deck. No pitch theater.
